At Faticio Prestige, we take immense pride in delivering high-quality, made-to-measure and ready-to-wear garments with precision, care, and craftsmanship. As many of our products are custom-made for each client, our return and refund policy is tailored to reflect the personalized nature of our offerings.
Order Cancellation
Clients may request order cancellations within three (3) business days from the date of invoice. Day one is considered the date the invoice is issued. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. If production work has already started during that time, any costs incurred by Faticio Prestige will be deducted from the deposit. After the 3-business-day window, all deposits become strictly non-refundable. Please note that all fast-track orders are non-refundable from the moment the invoice is issued, due to immediate initiation of work.
Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept direct returns or general exchanges, as most of our garments are either custom-sized or made to order. However, if a product is received with a clear manufacturing defect, fabric damage, or production error, Faticio Prestige is happy to replace the item or offer complimentary alterations. All such concerns must be reported within seven (7) days of receiving the product, along with supporting photographs and order details submitted via email.
Made-to-Measure Exchange & Alteration Policy
For custom-made or made-to-measure orders, we do not provide refunds or allow returns. As each piece is crafted specifically to the customer’s measurements, we are committed to delivering the best fit possible. If minor adjustments are needed after delivery, complimentary alterations may be provided. In cases where the garment has fabric damage or production issues, we will offer a replacement or alteration as necessary. All concerns must be reported within seven (7) calendar days of receiving the order, and customers must provide their order number along with photographs clearly showing the issue.
Damage in Transit
All products are thoroughly inspected before dispatch. Faticio Prestige is not responsible for any damage, loss, or shortage that occurs during transit via third-party shipping providers. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the parcel upon delivery and report any shipping-related claims directly to the courier. While we are not liable for freight issues, our team may assist in facilitating communication with the courier at our sole discretion.
Ready-to-Wear Products
Ready-to-wear products are created using standard sizing and specifications and are ready for immediate wear. These items are not eligible for refunds or returns. However, if the customer contacts us within seven (7) days of purchase, we may, at our discretion, allow an exchange or offer store credit, provided the item remains unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
Chargeback Restriction
By placing an order with Faticio Prestige, the customer agrees not to initiate a chargeback with their bank, financial institution, or payment provider once payment has been made or the order has been delivered. Initiating a chargeback under these conditions constitutes a material breach of agreement. In the event of a chargeback, Faticio Prestige reserves the right to take legal action to recover any associated losses, including the cost of goods, chargeback fees, and legal expenses. Additionally, the company may report the incident to credit bureaus or fraud prevention services, which may impact the customer’s credit history. This clause is designed to protect our business against fraudulent chargebacks and to promote fair resolution of disputes.
