4. Pricing & Payment
All prices listed are in your selected currency and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Faticio Prestige reserves the right to change prices at any time. Full payment is required before order confirmation. We accept payments through approved payment gateways listed on our website.
5. Order Processing & Shipping
Once an order is confirmed, you will receive an email with estimated delivery timelines. Delivery times may vary based on product type, order volume, and destination. Faticio Prestige is not liable for any delays caused by third-party shipping partners or customs procedures.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.
6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Order cancellation requests must be submitted in writing within three (3) business days of the invoice date. After this period, all deposits become non-refundable. Fast-track and custom orders are strictly non-refundable.
Return and exchange policies are governed separately under our Return and Refund Policy, which can be found on our website. Claims for manufacturing defects must be made in writing within five (5) days of receiving the product and must include photographic evidence.
7. Intellectual Property
